About Roberto Alamino
“You don’t take a photograph, you make it." - Ansel Adams === THANKS! === I would like to thank the so many people who had been acquiring my art. More than anything, the thinking that my works are hanging on the wall of art-loving people and appreciated is the greatest incentive an artist can ever have! Roberto. I am a professional physicist and an amateur fine-art photographer. I was born in Sao Paulo, Brazil, but moved to Birmingham, UK, since 2006 where I'm presently living. | Facebook | deviantART |

Lovely mood you´ve got here Roberto. I hope you are doing well in Birmingham after all the riots. Best regards from Buenos Aires.
Roberto Alamino replied:
Thanks for the comments, Osvaldo. Things got nasty for the last couple of days but seem calm right now. I'm actually from Sao Paulo, Brazil, originally. So things like that are not completely strange for me, although I would not expect it here.

Wonderful b&w work with the old barn, the trees & brush, and the shafts of light.... Well done!
Roberto Alamino replied:
Thanks, Lenore! This is part of a series I'm calling Walking on the Countryside. In fact, I was inspired by your Pueblo series. :)
