Description
Sadako Sasaki was 2 years old when the bomb fell over Hiroshima. She died of cancer and became famous for her attempt to fold 1000 cranes as the Japanese tradition says that those who can do that can realize any wish. The origami in the picture, and many others, were folded by children and are in exhibition in front of the Hiroshima Peace Memorial.

Lovely, Roberto. Very nice exhibition I'm sure. The colors are beautiful.

Thanks, Joy! It's nice but also very emotional. Anyone who intends to go, should be prepared...
